Our estimates are just that, estimates. The cost of services are based on the requirements of your project. Additional fees could be applied if prohibited items are found in the dumpsters, or if the items removed are over the included weight allowance.

What is the turn around time for rental readiness services?
Typically we are able to make any minor repairs and touch ups, and clean the property within a 24-48 hour timeframe. This varies based on the condition and size of the property in question.
What is rental readiness?
Our rental readiness team is composed of individuals capable of handy-man type work to ready your rental property for the next tenant. We do not currently staff electricians or plumbers, but can handle minor sheetrock repair, touch up paint, cleaning and junk removal.
